0 This website is such A RIPOFF it's a damn shame usps.com is even affiliated with the program....they are the worst in costomer service and good luck trying to get a refund if you misprinted your stamp, especially if it printed on paper and not the stickers they provide, and the scale is good for nothing if you don't have an account with them I spent 50 bucks worth of stamps and i made a mistake with my printer and mailed in a refund not only it took 4 months of a response but after I called serveral times they could not give me a status up date and kept transfering me till I would get hung up on, I finally get an email saying my refund was denied because it wasn't on the stamp sticker..WELL HELLOOOO THAT'S WHY I SENT IN MY ACTUALLY PRINTED MISTAKE ALONG WITH A REFUND
